Sorry for the problems you are experiencing. Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:


1. Log out of the nugs.net app.

2. Delete the nugs.net app from your device.

3. Install the nugs.net app from App Store.

4. Log into the nugs.net app.


If this does not help please open a new support ticket and provide the following information:


-Specific Device type/name

-OS Version

-App Version (Can be found in “Settings”)

-How did you sign up for the service? (1. Through the app directly. 2. Through the livedownloads site. 3. You are a previous UMLive user.)
