The initial batch of barcodes we receive is for all initial Ticket sales and pre-sales. Each venue sends us an additional batch of barcodes (usually the day after the show.) The 2nd batch should include any additional tickets sold up to last-minute releases and walk-up sales before or during the show. The 2nd batch usually arrives the morning after the show. Please try again 24-48 hours after the show and if it still does not work open a support ticket and include the show date and code.
Only Dead & Company concert tickets from Summer 2018 have a unique barcode redeemable for a free audio stream. Previous tour tickets are not redeemable.
What if I used a mobile tickeet and have a QR code?
Tickets to festivals where Dead & Company perform including Lockn', etc. are not valid for free streams.
