Unfortunately, recent updates to Firefox and Chrome have caused those browsers to stop streaming our audio files properly.

Our web team is working on resolving this problem.

To resolve the issue in Chrome go to the following link: chrome://settings/content/siteDetails?site=https%3A%2F%2Fplay.nugs.net

Scroll to the bottom and change 'Insecure Content' to ALLOW

This should resolve the issue on the desktop player in Chrome. 

Or you can try using the Microsoft Edge or Safari browser should resolve this issue.
