Sonos & BluOS integration is only available to nugs subscribers.
Unfortunately, Sonos & BluOS both have a known issue with nugs integration where non-alphanumeric symbols cause a login error. We are working on resolving this issue.
Please use numbers or letters only, case sensitive, and you should be able to integrate your nugs subscription into BluOS and/or Sonos.
