If you are having problems with the nugs app on Android or iOS try restarting your device. 

If that doesn't resolve the issue try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.


If you continue having problems try performing a full delete / reinstall of the app (please note - this will delete all offline content and it will need to be re-downloaded). 


On Android: 

-On your device go to Settings>Apps>nugs
-Click Force Stop
-Click Clear Data & Clear Cache (follow prompts to clear)
-Back up to app page and click Uninstall
-Restart your device to entirely clear your cache
-After restarting go to the app store and re-install the app.

On iOS:

-On your iOS device go to Settings>General>iPhone Storage
-Select the nugs.net app
-Tap Delete app and confirm
-Exit Settings
-Restart your device
-Go to the app store and re-install the app
