What do I do if the files I download are corrupt or incomplete?

When downloading large files, especially Lossless or HD files (FLAC or ALAC), your web browser or ISP may reset your connection to the Nugs.net download servers. In most cases, you can resume a broken download by selecting the files in the Download Manager window that you need to resume.

1. Log in to Nugs.net.
2. Go to the My Downloads page.
3. Find the show you've purchased and click the DOWNLOAD button.
4. The Download Manager window will open with a list of all of the songs for this show.
5. If you have any problems, please submit a support ticket
