Why am I seeing a login error on Roku?

We recently discovered an issue where nugs users with a non-alphanumeric character in their password may experience problem logging in on RokuTV. We are working on resolving the problem.


In the meantime, update your password to numbers and letters only (case sensitive) on account.nugs.net - then try logging in to Roku with your alphanumeric password.
