All Dead & Company 2022 Summer Tour tickets are redeemable to unlock a free audio stream of your show in the My Library section of your nugs.net mobile app (free from iTunes or Google.) A nugs.net subscription is not required to stream your redeemed or purchased shows.
Add your e-ticket to your Google or Apple Wallet - so that you can access the code after the Event is over.
You can find your ticket barcode number in the Ticket Details section of the Ticketmaster App
If you do not save the code to your Google or Apple Wallet the code will no longer be accessible after the show.
Redeem NUMBERS ONLY, do NOT include the letter at the end.
To unlock the audio stream scan your ticket barcodes right from your phone using the nugs.net app or scan.nugs.net from your mobile browser. You can start listening as soon as the show is posted.

If you receive an error message "Code is invalid" please see the related article here. We may not have received the code from the venue yet, and you should retry your code again the day after the show.
If you have lost your code or get an error message when you try to scan you can open a support ticket to request a new code - please provide a picture of your ticket, screengrab or other proof of purchase.
