Why can't I log in to Sonos or BluOS?

Sonos & BluOS integration is only available to nugs subscribers.


Unfortunately, Sonos & BluOS both have a known issue with nugs integration where non-alphanumeric symbols used in your password cause a login error. We are working on resolving this issue.


Please use numbers or letters only, case sensitive, for your password and you should be able to integrate your nugs subscription into BluOS and/or Sonos.
