Unfortunately, it is not possible to download purchases to Chrome OS. A Windows or Mac computer is required to complete any purchased downloads.
Chrome OS is not supported for live webcast or video viewing.
On Chromebook devices that support Android apps, you can install the nugs.net app from the Google Play Store and stream your audio or video using that.
