With your purchase of a Phish Mexico 2025 Pay-Per-View Livestream you can watch the LIVE stream and/or watch a replay anytime (as many times as you want) until February 8th and/or watch on demand.
After the replay window ends on February 8th a Video-on-Demand link will be added to your Library . Once you activate the VOD link it is available for 48 hours.
Please ensure you are using a COMPATIBLE DEVICE
You can watch on a Mac or PC, Android, iOS or AppleTV, RokuTV, airplay to an AppleTV or cast to a Google Chromecast device
On Mac or PC we recommend using Firefox or Chrome (please ensure that you are running the latest version of the software) - login to your account on nugs.net - access the stream by clicking the thumbnail image on the Video section of your My Library page - then click Watch Now after the stream goes live.

On mobile devices we recommend using the nugs.net mobile app for iOS or Android. Find your streams in the My Library>My Live Events section of the app (a nugs subscription is not needed to access your purchased webcasts or VODs).
On AppleTV use the nugs app and find your streams in the My Livestreams section of the app.
On RokuTV use the nugs Roku channel and find your streams in the My Livestreams section of the app.
We recommend a wired connection. If on WiFi please ensure that there are no other devices connected to your network running bandwidth intensive programs like video chatting, downloading or gaming.
